I'm Heitor Oliveiro
I turn fuzzy ideas into real products — fast and solid. This is my space to publish articles, projects, apps and practical AI engineering notes.
About
I spent years in sales — answering calls, hitting targets, closing deals at a fast pace — and that's where I learned assertive communication, persuasion, and how to perform well under pressure, along with understanding what the person on the other end really needs before they even say it.
I currently work as a Support Technician, taking care of servers, user management, backups, and infrastructure observability — making sure everything stays available, for clients and for the people who work with me.
I build side projects and work as a full-stack freelancer, turning problems into solutions with architecture, software engineering, and applied AI.
In a world that demands fast delivery and sustainable products, fundamentals are the foundation of the software life cycle.
I lean on engineering practices to ensure the maintainability and scalability of the systems I build. Agents speed up delivery; automated tests, human judgment and solid architecture ensure performance and clean code.
Clean Architecture
Clear separation between business rules, application and infrastructure, for systems that are easy to test, understand and evolve.
Spec Driven Development
Requirements, architecture and acceptance criteria defined clearly before a single line of code.
SOLID
Five principles that guide modular, loosely-coupled code, even as the system grows in complexity.
Design Patterns
Established solutions to recurring design problems, applied out of real need — never by default.
CI/CD
Continuous integration and delivery to catch failures early and ship features safely and quickly.
SCRUM
An iterative delivery rhythm, with sprints, retrospectives and constant collaboration between team and stakeholders.
Tools
What I use to make the day-to-day easier and faster.
